Pavel Drozdek

Pavel Drozdek is the Group Head of IT for Henley & Partners, based in Dubai. He has over 15 years’ experience in managing IT operations, building robust IT infrastructure, and delivering efficient IT workplace services. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, Pavel worked for large international companies like ABB, RWE Energy, and Shell in senior IT positions. He holds a master’s degree in Automated Control Systems from the University of Technology in Brno.
